In short, I’m a multicultural woman; I was born Russian-Armenian, grew up in France, worked and lived in Ireland and America, California. I’m a Certified Professional Coach since 2020. I am passionate about personal development, empowering women and under-represented groups, dancing, and living a joyful life.

I have worked 12+ years in Sales and Marketing, spent 6 years "successfully" growing as a professional at Google, working with the biggest brands of this world to help with Digital Transformation, before I understood I was climbing the wrong career ladder. I was "living the dream". But this wasn't my dream (anymore) - as I came to realize later...

I have myself dealt with identity and confidence issues, people-pleasing behavior, never feeling enough, anxiety, challenges linked to being often the foreigner, an expatriate, a women, looking different from local beauty standards, being raised in high expectations and criticism, pursuing achievements to get some form of social validation, living life pressured by society or other people’s expectations, etc. 

 

I have done a lot of deep work on myself, got help, got a lot of coaching - and I still do. We all need a Coach. 

I developed practices for myself that allow me now to have a different mindset. 

Life “challenges” will always come up. It’s about how you perceive them. Shifting our perspective is key.
